Soyeon saying she is struggling and feeling empty hurts my heart a bit. she seriously pours everything she has into being an artist and I admire her so much. she is seriously one of the most genuine and hardworking people

Soyeon already knows the news and about Soojin around this time. Look at her facial expression until the end of the "Put It Straight" part. She went from a soft smile, and then losing it gradually during Soojin's line, lip-syncing into it while staring blankly. Heartbreaking indeed...

My writing was always a release, an escape for me, in a sense. I just wanted to get the stories or my thoughts out onto the pages. I started to handwrite everything, and still have a lot of notebooks filled with my writing. I still do. I don't know how much I try to write from these smart things. My heart still belongs to pen and paper. I write first and foremost for myself. It's an extension of my thoughts in my head. Writing for me is a very fluid process. Sometimes I have no idea what I am writing until it falls out of my head onto pages. Stream of conscious writing is great when I get a brand new idea. Well, that usually happens at 2 or 3 in the morning though. Other times, I always have something going on in my head as long as I enjoy it.
